California State law requires chain restaurants with 20 or more locations to post their nutritional information and currently, Miguel’s Restaurants do not fall under this regulation.

Since 1973, all our recipes have been prepared in our kitchens using the highest quality and freshest ingredients available. For our guests with food allergy concerns, it is important to know that some recipes include ingredients from third parties. Because of this, cross contamination may occur and therefore, we cannot guarantee our menu selections to be allergen free.
